Phoenix Court Apartments is a maintenance-free
housing development specially designed for seniors (62+). Newly
constructed in 2017, the development is located in the unincorporated
village of Atlas, Mount Carmel Township. The apartments offer a
modern living environment in a safe, pleasant surrounding. Phoenix
Court is located within minutes of shopping, schools, and healthcare
facilities. There are 5 one-bedroom units, all of which are ADA
visitable and one of which is fully ADA accessible.
Funding for the construction of Phoenix Court was provided in part
by
PA Department of Community and Economic Development HOME Partnership

Phoenix Court was honored with the PAHRA
Bellamy Award in September 2017. This worthy project was recently
selected by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council (MARC) NAHRO to be
considered at the national level for a NAHRO Award of Merit.
